How to apply?

Read the job advertisement carefully, and you will find information on how to apply, application deadline and who you should call if you have questions concerning the vacant position. Upload your application, resumé/CV and supporting documents directly via the job board/job advertisement. We acknowledge the receipt of your application within 48 hours.

Before the interview

All applications will be perused and evaluated jointly by the department manager who is hiring and a member of corporate human resource department. A number of applicants will be contacted directly in order to set up an interview soonest thereafter. If you are not among the candidates selected for an interview, usually you will receive a rejection within three weeks after the application deadline.

The interview

The objective of the interview is to establish if there is a good match between job requirements and your/our expectations. We use assessment tools as part of the recruitment process for positions at all levels. Information regarding assessment tools will accompany the invitation for interview. We always give you a personal feedback during the interview. Expect to meet the department manager who is hiring and a member of corporate human resource department during the interview.


You will be informed via telephone if we decide to offer you the job. Formalities concerning signing of employment contract will be arranged immediately thereafter.
